Here is a standard partnership agreement between artist and model participant ComXtrip
contains:
- The definition of our common goals
- Sharing rights
- Authorization for making, using, reproducing and publishing images,
In short, it defines the conditions of sale and sharing of our works (50/50) and also ensure that your image will be will be published into fine art works only
(photos are reserved for my documentation).
It is a lifetime contract! If our designs are selling $ 100,000 in a year or 50 years, you will still receive your $ 50,000!
Well, for now it is another story, but it will come!
